Place a heaped teaspoon (2.5 grams) of tea per cup (250ml) into an infuser or teapot.

Add filtered water at 100ºC and allow to infuse for 5-10 minutes. Strain the tea and serve.

Sweeten with organic honey if desired.

Iced Tea
Brew the tea following the brewing instructions above. After straining it can be placed in the fridge for a healthy, refreshing, cooling herbal tea drink.

Serve over ice, add fresh fruit, mint leaves or a garnish of choice.
