Shipping Policy

At The Whisk and Wand, we want to make sure your herbal tea products are shipped to you quickly and securely. Please read our shipping policy below for more information.

Orders over $65 are eligible to receive free shipping within Australia. Orders under $65 will be a charged a shipping fee of $7.95 + GST. Express shipping will be charged at $15 + GST.

Orders are processed Monday - Friday, excluding holidays and are usually processed within 1-2 business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed within 2 business days.

The Whisk & Wand use Australia Post & Sendle for domestic delivery services. The Whisk & Wand is not responsible for the safety of your package after it has been delivered by the carrier. It is estimated that all Australian domestic merchandise parcels will be received by the customer within three (3) to six (6) business days from dispatch date.
